The day from when we are born everyone starts talking about
what he/ she will be when grown up. But as individuals usually whole life is
not enough for an individual, and he/ she dies as no one. Take the examples of
known celebrities. It’s that there are no accidents, one becomes what they are
not accidentally only thing matter is identifying the GOAL. These four words are
not at all easy to find out.
We human being very intelligent finds a solution for almost
every problem and so we have classes called Motivational. I tell you these are a great place. When you attend such classes you really get boosted up. You make
in your mind that definitely you’re going to define your GOAL as you go from
there. And then come to the climax on way to your home everything is going in your
mind, like what you heard today and it's very much clear that there’s a need to
write down in a paper. You read your house to take out the paper and pen and come
to your study table. You start writing, the first point, then the second and
then third and fourth and guess what you are confused with which one is your
real GOAL out of so much of the available option.
Today there are huge available options but how clear we are
in identifying areas of our choice. It’s very necessary to identify and it can
be done by the individual itself. Other can only show the way but individual needs
to identify whether it’s the path on which he/ she wants to walk. On this note
I remembered one of our Personality Development teacher sessions in which he
told a story. A story of Father and, how he helped her daughter in identifying
the four-letter word. In the story the man once took her daughter for a walk,
he took her to an area considered to be time pass for those who have nothing to
do, the girl was shocked she asked the dad “Dad what is this place, so dirty stinking,
why are we here”. Father replied, “You just observe”. From there then they went
to one of the father’s fathers who was a doctor. The girl liked the place, the cleanliness,
the comfort, fragrance everything. Later on, after returning back to the home
the father asked her daughter “Which place you like the most and what you want
to be”. The answer we can also guess.
Now talking about MBA we have the option of HR, Marketing,
Finance, Operation, IT, etc. But this is not the end, these specializations are
further subdivided into options like Sales Executive, Relationship Manager,
Digital Marketing, Business Analyst, Recruiter, Payroll Manager, etc. Thus
because of such more available options, there is a need to have a system because
of which the clear option among all can be selected. It’s necessary to reduce
the complexity then only the real GOAL can be achieved. This matter is not applied
to only one area; it is for all others like Engineering, Science, and others. It’s
very necessary to narrow the line as per the interest. But Interesting the most
interesting things other than academic ie, Co- circular is not there in option
only.
